If you are unsatisfied with your session, you may request a full refund for the most recent completed appointment only. Refunds do not apply retroactively.

Cancellations

24+ Hours Notice: If you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled session, you may request a refund or reschedule without penalty.

Less Than 24 Hours Notice: If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment time, no refund will be issued.

No-Shows

If you do not attend a scheduled session without providing notice, the session is considered forfeited and is not eligible for a refund.

Packages / Multi-Session Purchases

Refunds, if requested, will only apply to the most recent appointment already completed. Remaining unused sessions can be rescheduled but are not refundable once booked.
